A hot meal delivered to victims after a disaster, blood when it is needed most, shelter when there is nowhere else to turn, an emergency message delivered to a member of the Armed Forces from their family - these are just some of the ways that gifts are put to work through the American Red Cross. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, the American Red Cross is empowering people to perform extraordinary acts in the face of emergencies.

Our supporters have become part of a network of millions of Americans who donate their time, money and blood to the humanitarian work of the Red Cross.

Your local Red Cross chapter is committed to meeting the humanitarian needs of the people in your area, be it in disaster preparedness, disaster relief, first aid or CPR training, or disease prevention. You can help support your local chapter programs and services through a gift to your local Red Cross chapter. The gift is used in your home town.

We thank you for your gift and we are privileged to put your compassion into action.

  • Union County Disaster Relief Fund-Throughout Union County, Red Cross volunteers are available to respond to a disaster every 24/7.  In any community that feels the effects of house fires, floods, and more, it's vital that the American Red Cross has the funds it needs to help victims of disasters every day.
  • National Disaster Relief Fund-The American Red Cross responds to approximately 75,000 disasters a year, including the California Wildfires, floods, house fires, storms, tornadoes, hurricanes and other disasters, providing aid to more disaster victims nationwide.  This means that every eight minutes a disaster strikes and a family turns to the Red Cross for help.  All American Red Cross disaster assistance is free, made possible by voluntary donations of time and money from the American people.
  • Union County Chapter General Fund-Your local Red Cross Chapter is committed to meeting the humanitarian needs of the people in your area, be it in disaster preparedness, disaster response, first aid and CPR training, or disease prevention.  You can help support your local chapter's programs and services through a gift to the Union County Chapter.
